Payment & Registration Information

Sign-On

All players must have paid the two sign-on fees to be eligible to play the first fixture game of the 2024 season:

             (1). Club Sign-On Fee: Juniors $100; Seniors $200 OR 25% of your fees if you choose the payment plan. The     club sign-on must be paid prior to training at Redcliffe. 

             (2).Hockey Queensland Fee: U7s & U9s Player Levy 

    Junior (9-18 Yrs) Player Levy 
    Student (19-24 Yrs) Player Levy
    Senior (19+) Player Levy 
Secondary registrations, though quoted a price will revert to $0 if you have already paid your primary registration. 
For returning players, choose the "Renew" option.

                                                          

Junior Introductory Programs: Those under 10 or are participating in term by term introduction to hockey programs

Junior: Those playing a full hockey season under the age of 18

Senior Member: Those playing a full hockey season over the age of 18 and not a student

Student 18+: Those playing a full hockey season are over the age of 18 and are completing fulltime study

Casual: Those who want to play a full hockey season but cannot commit to more than 10 games in the season.  Players choosing this category will be assessed against the match attendance reports in revolutionise


Fees Deadlines

The balance of fees are due 31st May 2024 excluding intra program that require an upfront payments or members who have chosen the payment plan. Members on a payment plan fees are due 31st July 2024.

To take advantage of the 'Early Bird" discount fees, fees must be paid in full by 2nd March 2024.


How to Pay

(1) Pay online through the website. To pay you will need to log in to your personal details. Click on "login" on top right hand corner, use your email address to log in.


(2) Direct deposit into Westpac RLHC account:

Ref: Players Name (for juniors, please list the players name, not your own)
Electronic payment receipts can be sent to the treasurer (treasurer@redcliffehockey.org.au)


(3) Pay cash or EFTPOS to the Treasurer or Section Head at training nights.


Volunteer Rewards Program

Players can subsidise their fees by working a shift in our canteen. You receive $60 subsidy off your fees when you work a 4 hour shift in our Canteen.If interested, please contact our Volunteer Rewards Co-Coordinator Briohny via email canteen@redcliffehockey.org.au for more details.


Payment Plan Options

You may elect to pay your fees by the NEW direct debit payment system through our website.

All payments must be completed by 31st July 2024.  You will not be considered fully paid until the final payment has been processed. 

Players may elect to have instalments throughout the off-season for the following season.  Please contact the Treasurer to organise off-season payments at treasurer@redcliffehockey.org.au


Get Started Vouchers

This state based program provides eligible children and young people aged 5 to 17 (inclusive) who can least afford to join a sports club with a voucher valued up to $150 for membership and/or registration fees. It should be noted that vouchers are issued on a first come, first served basis; therefore there is no guarantee that an eligible child or young/person will obtain a voucher.

To redeem vouchers, please sign and email/present voucher to Lynne at treasurer@redcliffehockey.org.au before 11 May 2024 The club will then deduct the voucher amount off your child's fees.

Fee Subsidy

We offer subsidies for QLD Age Rep, ALH Rep, Australian Open Rep, Masters QLD Rep Players, families with 3 or more members registered with BWHA/BHA to name a few.

Terms and Conditions

The "Early Bird Rate" is only applicable to members if and only if they have paid all their fees by March 2nd 2024. The "Early Bird rate" is also applicable to members NEW to our club that arrive after 6th March if and only if they pay upfront. The "Early Bird Rate" is not applicable to members who register late.

Players will not be permitted to play after 31st May 2024 if they have an outstanding balance unless they have an approved payment plans. If players do not adhere to the payment plan, they will become ineligible to play until the fees are paid in full.


Refunds

Refunds for fees may be paid are at a pro-rata rate and are pending on individuals circumstances. Request for refunds must be directed in writing to the Treasurer and should be made as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued from the date of the formal request.
